American Internet Service Provider Knowing Hosts Terror Sites

An administrator for an American Internet Service Provider hosting
a number of al Qaeda terror sites says his company has no intention
of taking them down.
In an e- mailed response to a reporter a Hosting Anime official commented,
"I am one of the four administrators currently working on HostingAnime.com.
I just read your email that you have sent to us today, multiple times,
however, I see no questions that require answering, nor will I do so.
"A quick google search makes the appearance that you are some kind
of reporter. We have no intentions of being interviewed by you, nor
do I posses the authority to due so. At this point in time, we have
chosen to leave the websites up, and doing so is protected by the First
Amendment, which is generously granted in the United States, where our
servers are being hosted, which is more than enough to justify the sites
we choose to host."
In addition to hosting messages from terrorists, Hosting Anime sites
have been used to provide gruesome pictures of the beheadings of engineer
Paul Johnson and South Korean translator Kim Sun-Il.
Despite this, a special agent in the Phoenix FBI office said his agency's
investigations have led him to conclude that Hosting Anime site operators
are not involved in the murders in any way and that the agency is looking
toward the Middle East.
When asked by a reporter why the owners of Hosting Anime are repeatedly
going out of their way to provide a cluttered trail of false contact
information, the agent refused to answer.
He told a reporter that he really couldn't say anything other than that
the reporter was going down the wrong trail by looking for additional
information about the web site operators.
