Desperate Fathers Result from Male Persecution
June 20, 2004
by Alan Millard
No one helps or defends men when they are in need. But everyone helps
and defends women, even when they are undeserving, and at men's expense.
The same prejudice places men in social positions that subject normal
men to adverse conditions. Thus, a normal person will react in an abnormal
way if placed in an abnormal environment, which is normal. Severely
persecuted men become more likely to abandon their children, not pay
child support, commit suicide or murder-suicide, or other crazy or violent
acts. But these reactions are taken out of this context and used to
further degrade men's status in society by using these examples to demonstrate
male violence. Many people don't realize that men who are victims of
persecution, with many suffering from depression and possibly considering
suicide, are normal men subjected to the adversities of the system and
prejudices of modern society. Let's consider just one social aspect
of this prevalent condition within today’s society - divorce and
child custody issues.
But first let’s look at the big picture – equal reproductive
rights. A major point to consider is: Why are fathers predominantly
the ones who pay child support? Besides the courts predominately ruling
in the mother’s favor, men’s lack of equal reproductive
rights to women is a condition that starts before the child is born.
A potential father’s equal reproductive rights to the potential
mother to not have the child, although not officially recognized, are
often violated. Women often dictate whether the child is born against
the potential father’s will, in which case he should not be held
liable for child support. No woman is forced to pay child support for
a child she didn’t want. She can abort the fetus or give the child
up for adoption without the father’s consent. Many women also
dictate against the father’s will that the child be adopted or
that the fetus be terminated. Many cases, most getting little national
attention, as would not be the case concerning women, involve men spending
thousands to either have their children kidnapped by state-supported
adoption agencies, or aborted against the father’s will. Let’s
look at the process that occurs by divorce and child custody issues
when fathers try to gain custody of their children.
Fathers are individually attacked by a state supported arsenal of
sex-biased social workers, with the ‘ex closely coached by man-hating
agency workers available to help women, but not men. For example, many
fathers, having no prior police record, are subjected to a variety of
feminist-sculptured allegations set in place, ranging from physical
and mental abuse to child molestation, with protective orders granted
without question that immediately remove the father from his home and
family that involve criminal charges, and convicted (or plea bargained
with as a persuasive tool/leverage to get custody) due to the system
in divorce and child custody cases. Amazingly, the false accusers are
not held accountable, even when these fathers are found innocent. Many
innocent fathers are found guilty. As men are subjected to continual
persecution and contempt by a very sex-prejudiced society, fatherhood
is no exception and no less threatened than any other aspect of male
existence. By his child serving as bait in a trap, one violation is
built upon another in his attempt to have any parental rights.
And here women’s rights cross over again, and take away children’s
rights to have a father.
The court also sets fathers up to be subjected to violence by the
new boyfriend/spouse. If a problem occurs, since the father (non-custodial
parent) is required to transport (pick-up/deliver the child), he is
placed at the mother's/boyfriend's residence, and held more accountable
for any confrontation. Best interests of the child aren't taken into
consideration, let alone any consideration for the best interests or
even protection of fathers, despite the fact the court is responsible
for placing fathers in harm’s way and subjecting them to more
liability, in addition to the burden of complete transportation (pick-up
and delivery)!
Financial incentives are based on the more time the child is kept
from the father the more child support the mother receives. Many fathers
are arbitrarily targeted and persecuted to complete ruin, both criminally
and financially. Systematic tools to accomplish this task include: false
claims and allegations that are used to take their children from their
lives, and to deprive children of their fathers; as well as excessive
child support and alimony garnishments, all to "justify" child
support/family services acting as mad attack dogs to destroy men's lives,
committing extortion by garnishing their wages without due process,
and attaching fraudulent lien/claims upon their credit - also a federal
offense! What is also illegitimately "justified" taxation
without representation and excessive is that child support is often
taxed on what a person should be able to make instead of actual income!
This isn't America.
I got a good taste of this injustice in my own custody case, up to
which point I'd only heard of happening to others who I thought were
leaving something out--perhaps failing to appear in court--because I
believed this is America where nothing like this could ever happen.
Others, I'm sure are under the same impression, which misconception
helps to suppress any opposition, let alone expose this tyranny and
government criminal action. But I found out different when, without
a hearing, I had money extorted from me by the state, during which time
period I was deemed in compliance by the same district
court and paying my monthly child support payments in addition to this
extortion of my funds.
My custody case was handled by a judge in the same district court
that ruled to garnish my wages against the judge's order who ruled me
in compliance. I was never behind, and paid directly. The Office of
Recovery Services had to then be ordered by this judge of the same court
to stop garnishing my wages, and later ordered to take a fraudulent
lien off my credit that was applied due to mere vindictiveness by this
agency, punishable by a $1,000.00 per month fine, except to which criminal
liability the state is immune–deemed above the law--by the state
court system. In an apparent attempt to impose my guilt, this same state
agency even wrote a letter to my daughter’s mother, telling her
not to accept my child support payments!
This is tyranny–something we're supposed to be protected against
by constitutional law, and something this country was formed to prevent,
and has never before experienced. A government that was formed in opposition
to such violation of the people is now a violator of the people. This
is happening in other states as well.
Even after I contacted the federal authorities concerning this issue,
I was not helped. The FBI and U.S. Justice Dept. refused to help me
in the face of a blatant U.S. Constitutional violation! Many others
have had the same experience, who have been rendered helpless against
a tyrant operating above the law, with federal agencies employed to
protect our freedom, as in my case, refusing to do anything about it!
They wouldn't even assign the incident a case number. I was told it
wasn't a big enough priority. Since when is the violation of one's constitutional
rights, with the ability to destroy one’s life, not a big enough
priority? And when does a crime need priority to warrant a case number
and documentation? This is the same as the local police telling a person
who's been robbed that it isn't a big enough priority and not bothering
to investigate or assign the incident a case number. They apparently
don't want to acknowledge or have any records that would legally bind
them to their duty, and hold them accountable.
The violation of our American U.S. Constitution isn't a big enough
priority? Is this not treason? This is turning against the premise upon
what makes us America. A U.S. Constitutional violation against one is
a violation against all Americans. I was shuffled around by some, told
that I would be helped by a couple, maybe by others, and then no, that
I would have to pursue justice through private organizations by attaining
my own attorney in the matter who had already told me the state is immune
- above the law - which is why I contacted the feds. in the first place!
What good is a government, using our taxes, if it no longer serves the
people it is bound to serve and protect?
This story represents only one aspect of the plight of men and good,
conscientious fathers in today’s society. The implementation of
Femi-Nazi philosophy is now taking place in persecution of men in no
less of a systematic way than Jews were first treated in Nazi Germany.
But let’s remember, we’re in it together. Any violation
of our country’s constitution is a violation of all Americans.
And those who violate it are guilty of treason.
